As I said earlier this place has gone down hill in the last year to a point that most of us longtimers will be moving out this year.

The pool area used to be a nice relaxing place to be on weekends. No longer. It seems like Uncle Jeb and all the Clampett's bring their entire extended family in and have a hootin drunken party - low-lifes that don't know how to act in public. This past Sunday they let their dirty dog swim in the pool along with everybody else. A battle began. Where was management' Huddled in the building snubbing the public.

Someone seriously needs to come in here and CLEAN HOUSE. Not seeing red flashing lights in the parking lot at night is a treat lately.

Electric bills are out the roof and water' Forget it. Paying $60 a month for water for a single resident is ROBBERY!

I forgot to mention items stolen out of my apartment I assume by management-raids or maintenance people. Also, the trains. The dang trains come about every two hours all through the night - it's not just the rattle of the tracks but they lay on their blaring horns for what seems like an eternity.
