My husband and I can not wait to leave here. We were fairly happy when we first moved in, but the management, a majority of the residents, and the outrageous water and electric bills are making this place unbearable!!! We own a dog, and I am pretty sure that we are the only ones who put him on a leach and clean up after him! We have both complained to the office, but they just stare at us and do nothing about it. With heartworm at an all-time high in the metroplex, these fools let their dogs run around wherever they want, and refuse to pick up after them!!!!! I hate this place!!!!

I agree 100% and the good news is that I am now out of BR.... I have had the last of my high electric, outargeous water bills and being FORCED to usee SBC for my cable and internet and pay a premium for all of the above in a less that premium complex
