I have to agree with all the other posted messages - this place is a nightmare. You can hear everything through the walls - I can hear when my neighbor moves a hanger down the closet rail. The trains are unbearable, especially if you like to have your window open for fresh air. I'm about as far away from the tracks as you can get at this complex and I have to sleep with a room fan on high to attempt to get a full night sleep. The trains lay on their horns right at this complex and they do it at all hours of the night. There is NO quiet period.

The management - what can I say to describe a group of people that absolutely are the snottiest people I have ever come across. I don't know the name of one of the ladies but I think it is Jamie. She is hands down the rudest person I have ever met. She rolls her eyes at you and talks down to you every time she opens her mouth. And I'm not some sort of a deadbeat troublemaker - I'm a professional that has paid their rent on time every single month.

The water/trash/pest control' WHAT A JOKE. The water bill is at least $52 a month for a single resident and must be a scam as there are double billings/a so called flat fee and then the 'estimated' use fee. If you don't have your trash out by 6a.m. forget it being picked up, and don't dare leave it out at night, $50 charge.

The pools are now closed but they were always filthy dirty. Some residents even allowed their dog to swim in the pool. Management does NOTHING.

Drive by this place fast and don't make the mistake of thinking this is an isolated incident. It's not!
