About 3 months ago they locked the only dumpster in our vicinity and they have everyone taking their trash to the trash compacting machine. There is no place to put your trash so there is now garbage everywhere. There is a horrible stench coming from there now, the cement has every type of food item ground into it, hamburger meat, cabbage, old milk, you name it you will find it. This in turn is attracting flies and where you have flys you have maggots. The fly problem is similiar to what the preacher faced in Amittyville Horror. They have now pulled back a blue trailed that sits in the back of the apartment complex, if you would like to have guests over and not present to them the place you live in is an absolute ---- hole, forget it. Since there is not adequate garbage facilities you will continually find trash stacked up around the garbage areas, just hope you don't live by one.

There is part of the management team that is very nice, but the ones at the top are just nasty human beings, rude, condecending, uncooperative. God forbid that you get a package delivered to them for your apartment. By their actions you would have thought that you would have asked them for their last kidney because you had ruined your own by alchohol consumption. Sheesh... This has left such a horrible taste in my mouth renting here. The wall are so thin, it seems like they are made out of paper mache. If our neighbors scrath their balls we will hear it. Trains run constantly, if you need maintenance, unless you are prepared to ask minimally 4 times for the service and are prepared to threaten legal action you can forget being helped. The gas and electric are outrageous and things don't add up in regards to pricing. The latest this month is the bug problem, we have literally 100's of the rolly bugs in our apartment now, I think they have just stopped spraying to lower their costs. If you are thinking of living here, do yourself a favor, move elsewhere, they will force a smile while you are signing the contract, after that the honeymoon is over and don't expect a reach around. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
