We've been here for about 3 months now and it's been pretty nice. We have a second floor apartment, and the noise hasn't been bad at all. I read the reviews after we signed the lease and I was pretty nervous, but really, I haven't experienced anything 'horrible'. The dongle stopped working the first week, but the lady stopped what she was doing to immediately help us, even driving down, resetting it, and making sure that we were ok with everything.
The trains were loud at first, but we don't really hear them now, and we live pretty close to the tracks.
The layout is great and better than I've experienced before.
The two things I don't like are the pool or the grounds. The pool seems kinda dirty, and there is quite a bit of dog dodo laying around.
Parking is pain if you have more than one person coming to visit you.
