I've lived here for 6 months now and I love it. I'm about to move to Fort Worth and I'm sad to leave this place. Rent is extremely great. My apartment is huge and modern. The kitchen and bathrooms are awesome. I've never had problems with bugs. The only thing I've needed fixed was a battery in the fire alarm. It decided to start beeping at 11:30pm and the maintainence man was up to fix it within 20 mins. The view is gorgeous and it's very quiet. I rarely even see or hear my neighbors.

There are only minor complaints, which aren't even that important to me:

Dumpsters do get out of hand. Usually just on trash day. I wish they had Charter Cable instead of AT&T Satellite. But they are soon switching over.

I would definately stay here if my new job was closer. I highly recommend it.

I agree with you. I love Boulder Ridge. It's such a clean beautiful quiet "neighborhood" I just moved in and I love my neighbors, love the amenities, and I think the ladies in the office have been nothing but help to me with trying to move in and getting everything ready to go. I know this is a website for people to vent but seriously, get a freaking hobby.
