Management has been very helpful from viewing the apartments, through signing the lease, and afterward with any other issues that might have come up. They called me and kept contact after I paid my deposit and filled out my application with any other information needed or if I had any questions. Their office hours are easy to work with, therefore they are always available for the slightest questions, even on sundays.

Rent is reasonable and the location is perfect. The utility bills are reasonable and have not seen an outrageous bill yet. The grounds are well kept and
they even have curbside pickup on the two trash days a week, so you don't have to carry it to the nearest dumpster. My apartment was very clean upon move in and any problems, which were few and minor, were fixed or replaced by the time I got back from work on the same day they notified. They will spray your apartment anytime you request it at no additional charge and the apartment will be sprayed within 48 hours.

The complex is very quiet. If it wasn't for the cars in the parking spaces, I wouldn't think anyone else lived nearby me. I never hear anyone or anything through the walls. It is also gated with easy remote access as well as 3 different gates to enter, so no matter what section on the complex your are coming into, access is easily available. Parking is well lit as well as entrance ways into the buildings. A safe and secure complex.

There are several different specials days available throughout the month for the residents. For example, they have a resident brunch the 3rd Saturday of every month.

My only complaint is that the only dumpster nearby gets full quite quickly and has boxes and/ortrash beside it since it is so full. HOWEVER, the dumpsters are blocked by a wall and gate, so they are usually unseen.
