i liked it at boulder ridge. i was sad when we had to break our lease. i wanted to stay but i didn't have a choice. in the 4 months i was there we had very few problems. when i had my sister stay over and she somehow broke the door to the patio, i called maintenance probably around 11pm. i was pleasantly surprised when they called me back a few minutes later! luckily i got the door to shut for the night and they came the next morning to fix it. we had 2 leaky sinks and a hinge that broke on a kitchen cabinet and they came the day after we gave the maintenance request. at some point there was a family that moved in above us that was real noisy. they had at least 3 kids in a 2-bdrm apartment. all day it sounded like they were jumping up and down. i did complain to the office about it and it seemed to help a little, but you know, kids will be kids i guess. overall i liked living there. the appliances are fairly new and the landscaping is pretty. if i'm able to one day i'd like to go back.
