Does anyone know why the newsletters stopped' New staff obviously is too busy to get us residents the crap we need. Does anyone know who the hell is supposed to take care of the garbage' How much longer are the Christmas decorations on the gates and patios staying''' Until next Christmas or until we get new management again''' WHAT A MESSED UP BUNCH OF CRAP!

I was just thinking it was me. The trash is out of control. During the week it seems fine, on the weekend it piles up to the street. I am embarrassed to bring my friends over.

Since you have posted Anonymously are you quite sure that "THEY" just got rid of everyone or did some leave because they transferred to another property to be closer to family ?? I would think you would get your facts together before speaking for everyone ( staff ) that left. I know you are wrong for at least one person you listed in your post.

You know, it really isn't our place (the residents) to say who they hire and who they fire. That is their business and it is a business. I like you loved the staff but as we all know from living in apartments they all come and go. As long as they take care of me and my apartment that is my concern and so far they have. My suggestion is that we stay out of their business affairs. Don't we all have enough to worry about these days?

If enough people will contact the owner/management..possibly things will change. Perhaps suggesting a meeting with the owner in person. Dealing with the staff gets nowhere.

Here it is the 4 Feb 09 and we are just getting the Newsletter. It had an event on it that had already past. Looks like they have added a new staff member, but there are still alot of people who share the same last name on the staff roster. Still notice a ton of dog crap all over the place. More and more dogs are barking at different hours. Starting to be a noise issue. I don't know which apartment complex here owns the pond or is responsible for what is around there. But there was some explicite drawings of male genitalia in chalk on the side walk. I noticed it right after a 4yr old kid on his hotwheels roled past me. I thought someone should monitor the place for graffiti. Arn't they walking around looking for dog dung? This place is getting worse by the day...
