If you have a GPS or golf clubs, they will be taken! The back gate is always open and the front gate is not secure. You can tailgate or wait for someone to show up and follow them in! You have to watch your a... because people are exiting the in gate and going in the out gate! What a nightmare.. They claim if you misuse the gates your remote will be deprogrammed, what a bunch of crap, never happens.

I still have my GPS and my golf clubs! I promise, I always use them together on the course...on the contrary, it is not possible at all to tailgate because of the speed of these security gates. So there is no need to worry about someone running into you. Another lie is the one about the remotes. I tried to go in the wrong gate to see and yep, I had to go get my remote re-programmed. It sucked. Someone is just mad and uneducated. Dry Creek Ranch = Best Place To Live In Texas!!!

Heaven on earth or tonyromo, whatever, take a test before you post insults to residents and call them uneducated! I did it, the front gate was open almost three minutes, do the math genuis. Obviously you need to read the rules, this is a site to post about the property, not insult residents.

Agree with Tony Romo as I have lived in apartments since 1986 all over the US from Florida to Texas and anyone of the few that were gated ALWAYS had issues with access gates i.e. someone always goes the wrong way...someone always tries to "sneek" in behind other ( residents ) cars as they do not want to use the BOX to ring their friends for whatever reason to gain access. Sorry to hear about your loss of your property though. I see Northlake Police patrolling the parking lots at all hours so I am not sure what else that could be done in that area. I feel safe at Dry Creek Ranch.
