On the surface Dry Creek Ranch looks upscale, but ALL of the products used in it are decidely bad, seconds, or damaged. I have a fiberglass tub that isn't even a year old and it's cracked where water drips from the washcloth and has a hole in the bottom. The toilet leaks and the carpets have paint on them. Also, the carpet is very cheap and the padding underneath is just pieces and feels terrible under your feet. I hired someone to clean the carpets and they just couldn't do much and told me it was because the carpets were cheap. And we don't wear shoes into the house! And forget the paint on the walls. Beautiful color, cheap as can be. You can't touch it without leaving a mark and forget trying to wash it. The paint just washes right off the wall. And there is NO noise barrier. I can hear everything my neighbors are doing, they must not have used any insulation at all.

And now, the property manager has fired all the good people that were the only good thing going here.

I don't hate the place, we're resigned to the issues, but we WILL NOT be renewing our lease.

OMG! Did they come in and put spash guards on the tub so when you take showers the bathroom does not flood? they did mine! How cheap can you be.

It is poor material and construction. Hope the weather stays tame. Hate to go through a tornado or high winds in those buildings. Bet those larger dogs are eating through the cabnets and molding like butter...haha
