Ok, This is all I have to say about Dry Creek Ranch, Morgan the younger blonde in the office showed us our apartment and leased it to us. One of the first things that she told us was that Dry Creek is like a family. The whole property functions in this way. My wife and I thought that it was a great sales pitch, after all what corporate run community could actually feel like a family. Well, we moved in and she was right. All the people around me were great, the property was beautiful I really enjoyed coming home. Most of all the office staff cared. Morgan and Delena were really the only two in the office. My wife and I felt they were over worked, but they ALWAYS had a smile on their face. They greeted us by first name every time we walked in the office. Plus, they new our grandchildren names and their pets name. They always had popsicles and dog treats waiting for us. It was something that we have always wanted to experience without owning a home in a private community. Well, I went into the office the other day and to my suprise they got rid of our favorite part of Dry Creek. Now, there are girls in the office with no relationship to us at all, we are just another tenent living in some building on property. They didn't even ask us our names, or introduce themselves. It was a very cold environment. I am not sure what Corporate was thinking removing the two pieces of the puzzle that actually made sense at this property. Like every community sound travels through the walls you can hear basically everything. The grounds look horrible, there in dog feces every where don't go out at night without shoes, and when it heats up the smell luminates the air. The Gym was always nice, now the womans restroom door is hanging off the hinges and the equipment is starting to fall apart. Morgan and Delena were always on property using the ammenities and we never had any issues with things breaking for long lengths of time. I truly am going to miss these two if they are in fact gone for good. I am not sure the face of Dry Creek will ever be what it once was. I wish I knew where they went, any property they are at is sure to be a "home" for their residents

It is like going to McDonalds and asking for an assistant manager... They change by the hour and always have three on duty. Only difference is McD's will do something about your complaits and know about customer service...

i do know that morgan went to boulder ridge apartments because i saw her there.
