Nothing but problems with the staff... I have more education and world experience than they have ever dreamed of, then they talk to me like a 2nd grader. Nobody here has a single ounce of moral integrity or real customer service experience. They recently just cleaned house and fired everyone. The entire staff is new and not any better than the last bunch. The lease signing was unprofessional at best. We get notes on the doors informing of issues. They recently wanted to squash some rumors about the staff, so they sent to new staff to deal with it. Like, "look we fixed it, that was the old group"... But it is only apparent that they have not improved anything but will only have to deal with more rumors and alligations. The tokens are a joke, the machines take quarters. They are so desperate to fill the occupancy that they allow large dogs and maybe some farm animals to live here as well. Just watch where you step if you walk on the grass, there is prehistoric size terds out there. Security is a joke.... Customer service is a joke.... save yourself the trouble and find another place to live.

You are right, it has not gotten any better. A resident told me the managers husband is working there. Now, that's a joke and possibly a conflict of interest? Hummm...

This person is dead on...This is not the place I moved into almost a year ago. I think I liked the old staff a little more than this person but he is right it is a whole new staff and there is always a new face everytime a walk in to the office.?.?. Wonder why the apartment manager is something else. Please if they gave me money to refer a friend I would be a terrible fried. CANT WAIT TO GET OUT.
