I love the Dry Creek Ranch because of their friendly cus---er service. They have one resident by the name of --------and he will welcome you when you get here. He will also show you around the place and take you to play in the basketball room. The people at Dry Creek Ranch pick up the trash for you two times in one week. All you do is throw it out the door on the cement and they take care of the rest. They also have one man that is the designated dog pooper scooper! He goes around every couple of days and picks up all the poop on the ground so the women will not get mad at the feces in the soil. I had to call the maintenance man for my faucet and he came to fix it right away. I feel bad though because -------tried to call me 3 times and I was not home. He kept coming though until I answered and I could put my dog in other room while he worked. I also like the decorations for holidays. Our staff here at the Dry Creek is very into the holidays and puts very pretty things out for the residents to enjoy. It helped me to get in the Holiday Spirit! I like that when I ask the manager or staff for something that they always do it right away. They are some of the most trust worthy people I have met. I have never had any problems with insects or rodents like at other apartments because they spray and treat the yards so that there is no ticks or fleas for my pooch. Sometimes I have smelled the ground and I can smell the bug spray, but this is ok for me because I know they take care of me! They have nice meetings to keep residents informed about what is going on at their property and to give them a time to voice their opinions. The hot pot is very nice I saw some nice ladies in it too and I like to go sit in it. It is very hot but after you get used to it you will like the contrast with the cold weather. The bigger cold pot next to it is good for the practice scuba. I also like to take my dog to the play pen they made for him. He likes this and he runs crazy crazy and barks and we all laugh! The movie theatre really wets my whistle! I take my disc and it plays on the big screen and I get to eat the popcorn at the theatre. All of the people look really nice too. This is I think the best place to live in United States. Only all inclusive resort is better in my opinion. Call them if you want to live here and they will tell you about all the free stuff here...O! I almost forgot that they have a nice scuba tank in the back with many fishes inside! Some fishes look normal while others have funny whiskers It is extremely cold in the winter so I wear my wetsuit. That is all...it's nice!

Discustedtoday80... Glad to lend a hand. Unlike the staff, residents got to stick together. So where do we start? Has anyone mentioned that everyone on the staff is married each other except for one guy? How do they maintain accountability or hold each other responsible. Seems like they have a not so elaborate plan to cover for each other. So just like the economy the problems start at the top of the food chain. So after what six months the back gate works sometimes now?!?! They came out with a new thing that they would fine you if you leave dog crap out in the yard or put your trash out on the wrong day. I still see trash out on Sunday nights. I can't figure out how to put trash in the compactor when it is always over flowing. Let me guess that is one of --- ---'s responsibilities in addition to showing people around. I think the staff learned their Cus---er Service techniques from the DMV. Kill them with a smile and do nothing else. Now how about that dog poop... I see the threats in the newsletter really made a difference, NOT!!! Still seeing people letting their dogs pinch one off, with out picking up after them. Who said the logs were in the scuba tank? They are in the yard. If I was Jesus maybe I could walk on water in the scuba tank, but I am not. So I have to walk on concrete or grass like most people do. Unfortunatly the grass is saturated with K9 fecal matter. So who is going to pay for my carpet cleaning or hospital bill when I break my leg tripping over one of those logs. If I had the time, I would walk around gathering it up, then place it on the front porch so the manager can step in it when she opens in the mornings. The staff has no idea on how to fix the problems and set a good tone around here. No matter what problems we have or what problems rise in the future, they cannot be fixed or addressed with the way the current staff operates. No cus---er service skills at all.... I am the cus---er not them. They are here to work for me, not vice versa. Hope everyone enjoyed the redwood log comments and to the scuba tank dork that didn't get it. I was commenting to the size of the K9 FECAL MATTER. Giving you a visualization that there are some so large, it is like comparing the diamiter a log of oak wood with a log of RED WOOD. So instead of chauhuhua poop, we have something left by a St. Bernard. I haven't seen a St. Bernard, so I am guessing it is some of the larger lab dogs that are holding it in for too long. Because if a small dog left the ones I come across, there should be a trail of blood left behind too.
