IF YOU are looking for an apartment in Roanoke area, DO NOT LOOK AT DRY CREEK RANCH! The management has changed four times in the twelve months I have been here. There are DRUNKS AT THE POOL EVERY NIGHT OF THE WEEK, and the police get called each night to run the drunks out. ONCE the police leave the drunks come back.

Wow! Where the heck is the Owner? I thought this place was supposed to be "THE PLACE".. Did he sell it. Is it HUD now? I am never home, so what the heck! Should I not renew??? I have heard about the drunks for the almost two years I have been here. I just mail my check..avoid all the idiots.

Drunks are all over this place. I think they are renting to all the high school graduates! I have never seen a place full of drunks and cops. I feel like I live downtown. You would think that an intelligent manager would walk around the area at night to observe the complaints. She probably doesn't live here so why should she bother herself. This place is a joke!
