Do not rent from DRY CREEK RANCH! There are ants in the apartments. Property management is terrible. Dog droppings are everywhere. Good luck on the hot tub working. Promises are not kept. Check your water bill, they will overcharge you. They don t know what customer service is they just don t care if you are overcharged, things don t work, or keeping any tenants.

I have a huge issue! What is the deal with the kids running around all night!!! After midnight this place is a zoo. They are ringing doorbells and setting off car alarms. The courtesy office is on duty at his real job and is no help! If that is not bad enough they hang out outside the pool area in the courtyard right at my window using profanity and screaming! YES THE SCREAMING!

It is a little difficult "going somewhere else if you are not happy" when you have signed a LEASE and you have to SELL YOUR SOUL to get out of it!!

This place is horrible...NOT sure what kids are running around after midnight and I NEVER hear any alarms..so stop making up ---- you crazy f*&k! ANd yes I agree about the lease...it's HELL to get out of it unless you have $10,000 to get out of it! RUN as fast as you can! DRY CREEK is mor elike F*&K CREEK!
