I would not recommend this place to anyone! We moved here under the false advertising that it was completely renovated. We had to wait two months to even get a dishwasher installed (the old one didn't work and was rusty inside). Everything was absolutely filthy inside, and we had to clean for a month to get it where it should have been. There is never anyone who answers your E-Mails, and the Manager on-site is useless. The latest notice on our door said our water and sewage service would be discontinued if the owners do not pay the over 90-days past due account and fees. They are complete deadbeats! Maintenance is a jolk! If you want something done, be prepared to wait for weeks or months for the repair. There currently is no on-site Maintenance person. The lawn has not been mowed in about six weeks. What a nightmare!!!
