I love it here I have lived here since August and absolutely love it. It is by far the nicest place in Rockport to live for the money you pay. I have even saved money by cancelling my gym membership because I just use the one that is in the clubhouse. It is really convienent. It is mostly quiet

Luxury apartments??? You will love this place if you like to deal with rude management personnel, cheap finishes that fall apart, and security gates that never work. When I moved in the apartment was dirty. For the money you could find something better elsewhere.

Don't Rent Here I would not recommend this place to anyone! We moved here under the false advertising that it was completely renovated. We had to wait two months to even get a dishwasher installed (the old one didn't work and was rusty inside). Everything was absolutely filthy
