Briarstone Apartments

The whole complex has no phone service From: juliasmith2003 Date posted: 2/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   About a month ago, our phone got really staticy. I thought it had something to do with the phoen itself. Come to find out from the property managers that there were people in other buildings without phone service for a year. They hired someone to fix the phone lines under ground, which made matters worse and now our phone line is comletely dead. I am certain that all five buildings in the complex dont have phone service. My husband has been to the office several times to address these issues and 80% of the time the office is closed during business hours. I have searched the internet to try and find the management company or the owners of the property and have had no luck. I would advise not to rent here because the managers just give you the run around. If anyone has had a similar experience I would advise writing a formal complaint to the office and sending it through certified mail.
