I've lived here just over a year now and I love it. I've lived at 3 other apartment complexes in Rosenberg who are GHETTO. I'm from Sugar Land and I would never live ANYWHERE else. Other apartments I've lived in have trash everywhere. That's not the case here. It's quiet, country and the aparments are nice. The maintenience takes a day or so to get stuff done unless it's something major. I usually pay my rent through the night drop so I haven't ever had a problem with the management. It sounds to me like the people who are upset here are doing something wrong. All my neighbors say they like it here. I think that if you pay your bills on time and mind your own business, this is a great place to live. Do none of you realize that you could do a lot worse'

The apartments are only 5 years old now, so it is hard to believe they went downhill before they were built. I have been here over a year and love it. The office staff and maintenance are nice and easy to get along with. I have never lived in a Ghetto and these are nice apartments. I have not met anyone since I moved here that is unhappy. It is a nice, clean, quiet complex. If you are used to living in a $2000 apartment then you might not like it, but the average respectable person that pays their bills on time and minds their own business will like living here.

My family and I lived there for about 3 years. We are professionally driven and now live in luxury apartments in Houston. We paid our bills on time and did not do anything wrong. Yet we experienced problems. An unusually high amount of problems. ESPECIALLY when we moved. At least the assistant Mgr. tried to be helpful. It is encouraging to hear someone isn't having problems and you should count yourself fortunate. Maybe if you were there when the previous management was there, you would see the difference. It has gone from a high end luxury type setting to just another complex in Rosenberg (with many problems to boot). Enjoy your bliss while you can.....

It's all relative. S/he probably lived in TOTAL ghetto dumps before. I'm sure a place like that seems like the Taj Mahal for him/her. I know by the comments that it HAS gone downhill since I lived there a few years ago but the complex was only 5 or 6 years old then and the dregs of society had not yet discovered it. :)
It was going downhill a bit right before I left but not anything like people are now experiencing. Just call it the "Law of Entropy" for Houston-area apartments. :)
