HORRIBLE Place to live!!! Run as fast as you can!!!!!!!

This place at one point was a great place. Teri was the best manager and we never had any problems from her. Unfourtunantly, the idiots above her refused to give her a pay raise so they ended up loosing her. Now they have a bunch of young, dumb and full of.... well, I don't know exactly what is in their heads, but these new management staff are something else. Never have I ever had to deal with people so unprofessional. Someone needs to remind them the value of a customer, and that the only way they have a job, and get paid is from people dumb like me to rent from here. Every month it is something new. And when I took it all the way to the President, and dealt with the district manager, he basically called me a lier. You tell me if it is professional for a manager to tell you to "chill out, go home and drink a beer."' Especially when you are there trying to correct a problem they started. I had my rent check returned due to a bank error, and even took in a copy of the letter my bank wrote saying it was the bank's fault and I get treated like a criminal. The rating on this community was a 98 when we moved in 2 years ago, now look at it! I am serious, don't waste your time or money here. This place is no better than the slum apartments on Rundberg in Austin. Take my advice..... Louis, Bianca, and Torri are all idiots, they have no idea how to run an apartment community and how to correctly deal with situations that arise. This place will be so much better if they fired them all and made a few changes. So RUN!!!!! Run as fast as you can!!!!!

I lived at Chandler Creek for a year. I had the unfortunate experience of residing in the same building as these losers. You ask how I know who it was that wrote this review, these losers got drunk nearly every night and I could overhear every disgusting detail of not only their personal problems but their complaints voiced in their review as well. My overall experience at Chandler Creek was pleasant. I never had any problems with my apartment or the staff. The property was always kept up, trash wasn’t allowed on patios, and noise complaints were always handled by the staff or courtesy officer. I applaud the management for standing their ground with these losers. Let me tell you about the losers that wrote this review. By the time you’re done reading my response you will understand why I refer to them as losers. One night I actually witnessed the so called “man of the house” being arrested at his home after cussing out the courtesy officer that had gone over to their apartment to shut them up per my request. For a while the cops were coming out to their apartment on a regular basis because of a psycho visitor they had staying with them. As mentioned earlier, these losers got drunk nearly every night and had no problem harassing their neighbors. It’s no wonder the staff told them to go home and drink… that’s all they do! And from the review they wrote it sounds like they couldn’t even pay their rent! I have since moved from my apartment here, but I would recommend this place. However I wouldn’t wish on anyone the unfortunate experience of having to live by or cross paths with these losers. By the way, they were probably drunk when they typed their review…just count the numerous spelling and grammar errors!
