They will screw you out of every penny From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This is a horrid place to live. They have screwed me out of $1400!! My tire went flat and the next day I had a violation sticker on my car saying they were going to tow it AND that my inspection was out... which it was no where near. They also screwed up our move out date. They said that it was 3 months earlier than what it really was. When we signed the paperwork saying we were moving out, they realized they had screwed it up, and in the end charged us market value on our apartment because they had screwed up the paperwork. The people in the office are so rude, it shocks me that they are still working there. We had a bird in our vent in the bathroom... it took them almost a week to get it out. The bird had died and was stinking up our entire place by the time they steped up and did something about it. I could go on and on about the things that they have done to us, but it would take to long. Please, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! They have treated us so badly that news 8 is doing a story on it! Do not move in unless you are willing to lose tons and tons of money unfairly....
