My only purpose in writing this review is to help others in not making the mistake of choosing this apartment for a Home.
When I first moved here each apartment had an alarm. Which was removed 3 months after I came. Managements first step in making the residents feel secure.
Many residents signed a petition. Management dismissed resident concerns.
If you enjoy fighting for a parking space after a long days work. This is your dream apartment. Parking is GREAT as can be learned from other reviews.
The garbage disposal broke in our apartment and managent ensured that maintence reacted promptly (3months later) the problem was resolved.
One bright spot for Animal lovers is that management does allow large dogs... to bark all hours of the night, and poop on the grounds. Watch your step!!!
After I went to notify management that I would be moving out after the end of my lease. The next month they sent a leter notifying me that I had not paid my full rent. Management had charged me incorrectly. I asked how my rent had changed during my lease period. They eventually admitted their mistake and claimed they would rectify their records. Later that day, they sent me a notice to inform me that the excersise machine on my patio (that had been there for 1yr 5 months)would have to be removed within 24 hours. Despite the fact that other residents have similar equipment on their patios.
Dont be tricked by "under new management"
the new is as bad as the old if not worse.

I just moved out of that dump and everything this person said is TRUE! He wrote the best and most informative review you can get about this complex!!
They gave me Hell when I told them I was moving. As long as you are sending them checks they are very friendly...give them notice to move; the horns come out!
