Having lived there for 4yrs I was more than happy to leave. Parking is terrible that's an understatemenet, I was towed once because when the were first built they had even less parking down by bldg 8. A few months before we left the new mgmt company removed the alarm systems, and about the same time the gates stopped working. Lets talk about landscaping or the lack there of, they only landscape in front of their office. The only good thing to say is when we moved out we got more money back from them than our deposit was, talk about useless mgmt they actually lost money on thaht one. Our rent when we moved in was $900 but when we moved out with the 2 months free rent from when the lease was renewed was $735 w/a garage yes they were desperate
