I'm Happy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived here for almost a year, and I am happy, I just signed a new lease. The parking isn't great, that s apartment living, what do you expect' I recently was able to get a car port and that does make life a lot easier. I don't really have any issues with noise because I live on the 3rd floor facing the street. Hauling groceries up the stairs sucks, but it is better than dealing with noise over your head. The office staff changes frequently, but I have never had any problems, they are always friendly and respond the maintenance issues right away. I also really like the lay out of my 1 bedroom, the kitchen is HUGE for an apartment, that was what sold me on it! The only thing I would change would be to add a hot tub. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
