Not Worth It. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   It's a dump - Way too expensive and it's not a luxury community as advertised - Mansions on The Green is much better. This is why Martin Fein, from Houston, TX., sold it - He built this dump with his own contruction company,Chase Construction I think, and cut every corner.
