C'mon guys. It's hard to believe it is that bad. While I have only lived here for one month so far I have no major complaints. I will say that I am in no way employed with the management group that runs the property but I feel that some people are being way to harsh in their rating.
First, I could care less if the office staff is friendly or not to me. I went to them to lease an apartment and they did just that. They have responded to any concern that I had as far as maintenance goes. That's good enough for me.
The parking garage can get crowded and people do drive through there way too fast. I have almost been hit coming around corners twice by someone who was flying through like a bat out of hell. Maybe some people should learn to slow down and respect the fact that there are other people that use the parking garage also.
Some minor inconviences I can expect. I live in a multi-family property, I do not own a house where I can paint rooms purple or have a petting zoo in my back yard if i want. That's reality. I wish I owned a house where I would call those shots but I don't.
Overall, it really is not a bad property. For some reason some of the previous posts are people that are jaded for some reason. Keep in mind, it is an apartment. You will be living around other people. Some respect that fact and others don't. That's just life no matter what apartment community you live in.
