Enclave at La Frontera

Last resort From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Don't move unless it's your last resort!! I admit the apartments are nice. It's great having a garage to park in and the units are decent size for an apartment (and cost is affordable). BUT, the parking spots are either too small, already taken by an abandoned car, or some inconsiderate person double parks. I've seen numerous residents hit the poles while parking or backing out and too many people use the garage as a personal race course. As far as the apartemnts go, they are kinda "cheap" but maintenace does a great job at taking care of any concern. I never had a problem with any staff. I have to admit some of the residents scare me. I'm almost afraid to go out after dark in the garage. You have too many kids partying (and it's worse in the summer). There was even a meth lab on property (as reported on Fox news). I feel sorry for some of the nice people that may still be living there. It seems the low cost has allowed too much trash into the place.
