I am laughing my butt off at these reviews. Meth lab' Hmmmmm I have seen FIVE meth labs in Austin busted in the last 2 months, there is no way to prevent those idiots! It's like theives, if they want it, they'll do it and it doesn't matter WHERE you live. Car dings, park on the third floor. Management is wonderful here and I think for the quality and price, it is a really nice complex. Get a life and move when your lease is up and I just bet, you won't be happy somewhere else either. These are APARTMENTS! Want quiet, buy your own home sweetie. I realize that most of these reviews are written by kids that are in their first apartment and way from mom and daddy - well, welcome to the REAL WORLD. Treat others like you want to be treated and it WILL come around someday.

Lol....who ever wrote this comment about there being meth labs everywhere you live is a dumb ass! I dont know where you have lived in the past but I havent lived anywhere near a meth lab before. You are dumb ass and deserve to be dragged into the street and shot...do us all a favor and get a toe attachment put on a shot gun and blow your brains out that will be one less moron we have deal with. haterman22...lnstrong2003...you all need to find a place in bama or mississippi with all of your other brothers who are unable to grow up. Get a life and get over it. Don't feel bad because the " -------" are making enough or more money than you are to live at these apts. You guys need a prayer

actually, meth labs are quite abundant in apartment complexes, mostly in south austin, but they are making there way north.
do your homework.
