The manager is a manipulative little rat who will pretty much say anything to have you sign a lease. She and the staff seem nice enough at first, but it is all BS.
They take advantage of the first-time & OLDER residents by offering them a "discounted" rate (difference of maybe $20.00) for a "not-so-bad construction" unit. These HELLISH units DIRECTLY face the never-ending construction of 45, heavy traffic of 1325 AND unnecessary noise sirens in courtesy of the infamous Enclave sidekick- the W.County POLICE.
POOR CONSTRUCTION, THIN WALLS, UNBEARABLE EXTERIOR NOISE, and UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF (I must mention that the maintenance & porter crew does the best they can) = the Enclave at la Frontera. CHOOSE WISELY!!
P.S. The "landscaping crew" are THIEVES.

Okay you are a dumb ass...Did you not notice the Big giant highway being built right outside. Its been going on for years. Don't ----- when you knew it was there when you moved in.
