Enclave at La Frontera

Life In The Ghetto From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I lived at the Enclave from 2004-2006. I am amazed at how much the place has gone downhill in the last year of my lease. When I first moved in most of the residents seemed like decent working class people. I don't know what happened but over the past year they started letting thugs move in. Everything steadily went downhill after that. The office staff has always been friendly and I have never really had any problems with anyone there. It is true about what previous posts say about the parking garage. It is WAY to small and too many polls. Not to mention the fact that people drive entirely too fast through there. The parking spaces are a little small and sometimes parking can be a problem. I have personally witnessed the police out at the complex at night on numerous occasions which makes me wonder what the heck goes on there. Please note that while I no longer live there I never felt the management company ripped me off of any money and I am not posting this message as a disgruntled ex-resident. But, if you are thinking about renting here PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT IT.
