Yo!

Where should I start

We moved in thinking it was a great deal for such a nice huge apartment. While this was true, it is nice interior, outside the front door was where the ghetto started.

We have had problems with the upstairs neighbors since we moved in. They are constantly running around at all hours of the night. I have heard them "in bed" through the super thin walls. We have asked them to quite down as well as complained to the office.

We had a group of young people move in across from us. There must have been at least 7 people living there, and with a large suburban, Hummer and three cars there was no where to park for anyone else on the floor. I am just wondering how it could be that people with those cars were living in this "cheap" apartment...you figure it out.

We had an electrical outlet that has never worked, they said it would be to expensive to fix since they would have to rip out the wall. Nothing we put on our move in sheet was ever fixed. While the staff has always been very polite, nothing gets done.

The Maintenance crew has been very nice and courtious to us, but they never seem to be fixing anything. I have to think that is because the office never gives them the orders.

Both my roommate and I thought the garage and "free" covered parking was awesome. That was until each of us hit one of the many many poles in the garage. The spots are two small even for my little compact car, so it gets dings all the time. Also people with huge trucks constantly double park.

The office said they would be happy to tow any car that was double parked, I have yet to see it actually happen. I have called in a complaint with the make, model and license plate number numerous times with not even a sticker placed on the window.

My advice...find somewhere else to live. Don't be enticed by the cheap rent. This is not my first apartment, nor I am just moving out of my "mommy and daddy's" I have lived in apartments long enough to know there are better ones out there.
