Enclave at La Frontera

ok but a few problems From: dixiedelight6@yahoo.com Date posted: 2/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   The apartments here and very nice looking. I feel very safe here. The people are friendly. The ammenities are nice: basketball court, mini movie theatre, gym, internet cafe, and hot tub (When it works!) One big complaint is that the hot tub is never fixed. The heating element always needs to be replaced and instead of ordering a backup to keep on hand, it takes them weeks to replace. However, the pool area is always nice and clean. The palm trees and setting is very beautiful. The garden tub in the 2 bedroom is also very nice!!! The biggest issue I have with the Enclave is that our apartment reaked of smoke. We told them that I was allergic to smoke and could not live in an apartment with a smoke smell. We were moving from the 2 bedroom to the one bedroom. They told me that they could not check to see if it smelled like smoke before I moved in. Needless to say, when we moved in it smelled like smoke. They wouldn't let us move to a same-size apartment without charging us and upping the rent. No concern for the tenants health. Make sure you go in the apartment before you move into it!!
