My experience here has been terrible. I moved into an apartment with dirty carpet, mold contamination, rotting wood that was painted over, molded window panes, a microwave with damage to the interior, I cannot use my dishwasher and a tile shower wall that fell down while my 2 year old was taking a bath. Too many things wrong to name. I would like to point out the fact that the apartment is run by a private owner who's only concern seems to be making money. Numerous maintenance men as well as office managers have left because of his refusal to fix things or put any money into upkeep of the units. I don't know about you but I sure don't want to put a dollar more in a man's pocket who could care less about his residents. Forgot to mention that this also is the complex that is infested with bats which you may have seen on FOX 7 news.
