I am a current resident and found this website...some of these reviews are just hilarious to be honest! Rats'' You people are tooo funny! I have lived here for three years and have seen no rats! But god forbid you see a rat outside like you would see possum or a skunk...that is the dumbest thing to complain about ever! Oh, and those of you that got your car broken into...hide your things like it says all throughout the garage, "take lock hide" I believe is the sign...Oh,and bet you all weren't complaining about the garage when it hailed outside, I bet you were grateful that you had free covered parking! I have yet to move out because I do like it here and the highest increase I have had for renewing my lease has be $15...so I do not have a response for those of you getting "screwed" when you move, but here is an idea don't leave your apartment looking like trash when you do move and maybe you won't get charged! Also, for those of you considering living here, do this for your final decision, this is what I did....check out the city's police report online and you will find Lakeside has the least crime of all the property's in Round Rock...food for thought!
