I've lived at almost every apartment around Dell (including the Enclave @ La Frontera, Limestone Ranch, and Stonehaven). I keep moving because I'm very picky. I don't put up with much BS from either my neighbors or the complex staff. Without a doubt, The Lodge beats the others hands down.
When inside my apartment, I've never heard my neighbors. Period. Not once, in over two years. In fact, I've had the apartment next to me change hands several times, and I keep expecting to get the noisy neighbor, but I think these units are so well made, I never hear anything. This is the only apartment I've ever lived in that didn't have the cracks in the ceiling indicative of foundation failure. The two times (yup, only twice) I've called maintenance, they've been very quick. In fact, the last time, I called maintenence, went to the kitchen to cook dinner, and I was just sitting down to eat when they knocked on my door. It couldn't have been more than 15 minutes. I was impressed.
I will address some of the comments from other posters: Yes, Olivia is a witch, but I've had to talk to Olivia maybe three times in my entire time here. The rest of the office staff bend over backwards for you. Everytime I've gotten a package, I received notice on my door. And I'm an Amazon.com junkie, so I get a lot of shipments. Yes, dog poo was a slight problem, but the complex addressed it immediately, with letters to residents reminding them of the fines they could be assessed for leaving poo behind, reminders in the monthly newsletter, and the installation of recepticles in the grassy areas. Short of posting a Dog Poo Patrol, I don't think they could do much better.
I've never had a problem parking near my apartment, and see open spaces throughout the complex all the time. My only real "complaint" would be the lack of dumpsters for the complex (I think there are only two). However, since the dumpsters are located away from the apartments themselves, and emptied frequently, it doesn't seem to be a major issue.
Some of the complaints I've heard are fairly ludicrous. "The theater is never open". I've lived in a bunch of complexes, and the theaters are NEVER open. Would you leave a home theater system out for anyone to steal' "The gates are always open." Rubbish. They're always closed. In fact, at the Enclave they had a friggin' camera on the gate, so you could see it on your dang TV, and they STILL left the gate open more than the Lodge does. "The complex is falling apart." HA! If this is 'falling apart', I'll take it! Everything I've seen, right down to the landscaping, is in good or great shape.
Let's face it: when you live in an apartment, there are certain problems that will be inevitable. You are, after all, living in a small area with 358 other people. The Lodge really tries to make the living comfortable, and they've succeeded. Oh, and before anyone accuses me, no, I don't work for the Lodge. I'm just a happy resident who believes in giving credit where credit is due. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
