I lived here from 2002 to 2003. I liked the sorroundings plus it is very convenient (HEB,restaurants, Walmart, Targte...). I liked the gym, and they had an event coordinator, which did an awesome job scheduling movies for kids and adults. My only complaint is that we couldn't use the theather during the week during business hours, so there is a long wait list to use the theater, and the theather is a major selling point. Also, they have a common area that it cannot be used for parties and that was the other major selling point.
The pool is really nice, but doesn't have any hour restricction. I live near the pool, and sometimes I heard people at 2:00am or you can see people doing stuff... you know what I mean.
Overall, This is a great place to live.
