It's okay place here. Quiet most of the time, a little too quiet. Forget about meeting your neighbors, as most people around here lock themselves up inside in the evenings. No social events for single people.
*Feral Cats* There is also a severe cat overpopulation in this complex. Feral cats can be seen in the evenings. I jog in the evenings and see different cats all the time. There must be at least a dozen or more homeless cats outside. The complex should call someone to trap them. All animal shelters are usually full around the Austin area, so at the very least, they could call a trap-neuter-return service, so it will control the population.
*Front Gates* I am paying to live in a gated community, yet there are days when the gates remain open for days at a time. It appears that the people in the front office, open the gates up whenever they want. There have already been solicitors on the property coming door-to-door.
