happy here From: fwms9@hotmail.com Date posted: 7/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I am heppy here except for the increase in rent each year. Alot of people moving in and out I find it hard to find a parking space if I come in after 4;30. Management seems to fix problems fairly quickly except when I had a problem with my smoke alarm which went off every few minutes. I could not reach it without moving my bed over several feet to disarm it. They came by the next day to fix it, but I would not have been able to sleep without disarming it. I left a message at the office, but they told me when I called that I had to email them the info so they could put in a work order to fix the problem. (First I heard of that). I will stay here another year, maybe two, but am totally unhappy with the price increase each year.
