- There is no control whatsoever over who gets in or out. Several apartments and cars have been vandalized.
- Don't go near the Basketball court and pool unless you want drugs, be robbed or see free high school teenage gansta porn.
- Skateboard is allowed, no matter the hour.
- Resident cards are a joke.
- Don't even think of taking your kids near the playground after 6pm.
- $11 a month just to read a water meter'.
- Dogs with no leash everywhere.
- Expect a charge for cleaning services several months after you move out, and treats of reporting the issue to the credit bureau even if you clean it professionally before delivering the keys.
Finally, I decided to moved out after I saw management pointing their sprinkler systems at people (kids included) complaining about the horrendous billboard, this gives you an idea abut what kind of management to expect. The billboard shows tremendous lack of taste for a self-proclaimed "Luxury Apartment Homes". They are very rude and arrogant to the local community complaining about the billboard, anyway, I'm happy I'm out of that hell hole.
