Ok, I moved to MOG sight unseen and read these reviews and was scared to death.
I have NOT had ANY serious problems.
Sure things go wrong, these aren't brand new apartments, the grout comes up from the tile in places, some foundation cracks can be seen, etc. But I enjoy the community and i have always felt safe. Everyone in the office, Echo, Carmen, Audrey, Tiffany (sorry that is all the names I remember) are all so nice everytime i go in.
So if your moving here, it's a nice place,
Amazing'' No.. but thats why you live in an APARTMENT not a HOUSE or condo right' You get what you pay for. And I enjoy it. Kids are around, sure, I'm 24 and have none. But if you want to be in a place without kids, go to a nursing home.

Echo, Adrian and Carmen are sweet as pie until you sign the lease. Then you move in only to discover that if their lips were moving, they were lying to you. MOG holds itself out as "luxurty living at its best", their advertisements liken MOG to Italian Villas. PLEASE!! YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING, NOT EVEN CLOSE!! You could spend less money at many other places and have a nice place. You could own a nice condo for less money. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. Once you are in you will neve be more sorry.
