Please read before renting here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have personally never lived here but my boyfriend did for 2 yrs and I was pretty much over there 5 days a week and his best friend moved here about 6 months ago. The construction of this place is awful. I was standing outside and a contractor started telling me how cheap these apts. are put together. He stated how much business he gets from these places. I was shocked but didnt notice till one day I was in the bathroom and mirror just fell off the wall. Thank god it didn't break but things started to fall apart in the apartment. My friend moved here and only stay 3 months since he was sent to Iraq. The apartments are now trying to fine him $400 for carpet cleaning and holes in the walls. We all helped clean that place and there was one bearly visable stain on the carpet but as far as the holes in walls, he nothing on walls to begin with!!! What a way to say thank you to our military! These places no matter what, will always find a way to make you pay once you leave.
