notmiserable--your name should be "notintelligent". Since you're obviously a member of the worthless staff here at Monterone (probably Olivia), I'll address this to you. The tenants here are under no obligation to "treat [you] the way you wish to be treated..with respect" or to "try a little honey"--get something straight--we have binding legal contracts that are not being honored by CNC and Monterone. More bluntly--YOU WORK FOR US. I don't expect to have to butter up MY EMPLOYEES to get them to do their jobs.

I always wonder why people have time to run down a place that they live...if this a home they purchased from a builder and they were unhappy...would they write about it....no they woud be content where they live...you should have take more time to review the Monterone before you moved in and then you would not be so unhappy that you have to write rotten things...I've been here over a year and I have been through the original owners and now CNC and there is not bit of difference...I have been through 3 staff changes and this is the best staff that I've seen....I've had no problems betting things done...I guess that the best thing I can say is that if you treat people the way you wish to be treated...with respect and consideration of their job...then you would be treated that way...but if you treat the people in an ugly or nasty manner...then you shall be treated that way...I've always believed that you get more with honey than vinegar...you should try a little honey when you submit a request and don't be mean, nasty and ugly such that your letter here suggests....and you can always move out when you lease is up and we will all be better off....and by the way I have extended my lease until November, 2009 because I have been extremely happy here....and my rent is not higher than any other apt that is of this caliber...I guess my honey works!!!!!!
Glad to be here

My daughter lives in these apartments. I just visited her recently. I was shocked at how run down they have become. The so called security gate was broken again. We were woken in the middle of the night several times by people arguing in the parking lot. My daughter says this happens all the time and it doesn't do any good to complain to management. She no longer feels safe in her apartment and can't wait for her lease to be up. I thought she was exaggerating until I visited. I worry about her now. I will take your advice and we will take pictures and have someone from management do a walk through with us when she moves out. My husband and I will be there. If they won't walk through, we will get an outside witness to do so.

Disgruntledresident78681 - I could not have said it better. Of course Olivia is "notmiserable" she is busy making everyone living in the property miserable. She says if "this was a home purchased from a builder and they were unhappy, they would be content........" Wrong, they would have some options to address the situation. Not so with CNC - they are crooks. There is no one to appeal to. The only option is a law suit.
I had to laugh at this review, as it was clearly written by staff. I have yet to hear from any acutal resident that they love the place and want to continue living there. PLEASE!!
If she really believes people need to kiss their butt to be treated nice she is more out there than I ever realized. It is their job to treat the residence with respect. These are paying tenants. DUH!

Since you no longer work/live here Olivia, why don't you stop responding to the blogs? You need to move on!
