My kids cried when we moved because they had made so many friends here and they enjoyed being able to walk or ride their bike to school. People here are friendly, alot of families, and lots of children. My apartment had no roaches, no bugs, no water leaks, no problems with appliances. Was very clean when I moved in, if I had a problem, which was only once, maintenance was there that day to offer assistance. Parking was never a problem, and central air and heating worked ...
