Nothing Special From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   Entry gate has finally been fixed. In the last year, it has been broken more than it has worked. There are potholes in the parking lot that management refuses to fix properly. Dollar for dollar this is not a very good value. I have moved and would not recommend this complex to anyone at current rent pricing levels. I think Rocking Horse Ranch is still operating under the assumption that choices are very limited.
