Although I asked 3 different rental agents about breaking the lease, I didn't get it in writing. They had told me if I paid an extra $400.00 I could get out of my lease with 1 month's rent. But when it came time to break the lease, they wanted more money than what was left on it. I wasted the $400.00. The old carpet hadn't been replaced and was coming up. There were stones under the carpet that we kept stepping on. The kitchen linoleum tiles were ripped and only after I moved in would they replace them.
They promised me one unit in a desirable part of the complex but ended up giving me one in the very back facing the woods. We couldn't go out on the balcony because of the bugs.
They wouldn't let you know when packages arrived. You had to be fortunate enough to know you were expecting something.
The staff wouldn't always be there during business hours, even if they told you to come by after work to pick up a package.
I could go on and on. It's not a place I'd recommend to anyone!
