Don't bother liveing here, Mangement staff stinks

When me and my roommate first signed our lease everything was great. The Mangement was great, friendly and seemed like they cared about their tendents. But a few months into our lease we started having problems. One of our two bathrooms started to leak so when my roommate reported it to the mangement it took them about a week before the maintance staff came and fixed it. Then they promised that they would come and clean the apartment up because the maintance men cut the tiles in the apartment and it got dust all over the apartment, but the only thing they did some have the rugs cleaned. They didn't do a good job fixing the problem because the next time I tried using the shower the tiles came lose and the drain cloged. So they had to come back again to fix the problem again. So we expected them to take some off our rent because we didn't cause the problem and it was an inconveince for us since we were paying for 2bed/2bath and could only use one. The mangement told us they did it the first time but wouldn't do it again because it was a one time deal. Which is a big problem for us because I could see if we caused the problem either time then yes to bad so sad but we didn't cause the leak and it was listed on the check off sheet we had when we first moved in, and they had to come back twice to fix an easy problem that should of been done right the first time and we had to clean up all the dust that the workers did. Very Unsatisfied with this place and won't every be back.

Same thing --- sloppy maint. one of them is pretty scary too.
