Rocking horse ranch is a beautiful community however the management is fake! Why? They are nice and offer you choices painted in rainbow colors,
be careful if you are late, you will be fined with lots of money you will be broke. You see if you are late, then you will have to pay the full price on the rental for example if you are renting for a rate of 560 a month and the units market price is 759.00 well. you will be billed late fees plus the 759.00 instead of late fees and the usual rent fee of 560. The new managment whew...boy talking about going back to the landlords of the slums. The rules are outragous. In the pool you have to wear caps, in the year 2007? If you walk out of the pool area you need to have a towel wrapped around and cover up??? is this a correctional facility? The beautiful landscapes are ruined by the management rules.
Safety is first, however the rules being enforced may just impede your civil rights. The company may want to review all the new changes and rules of the current management. Decide if you want freedom and safety or impeding rules of life and safety is not an issue.
