Steeple Chase Apartments

AWFUL From: jothompson Date posted: 4/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   I lived in Steeple chase for 6 months, when last December the rain made a nice hole in roof ( I was on third floor). A big enough hole that it ran like a faucet was turned on. I called right away. About two days later they finally came and just PAINTED OVER THE HOLE AND PATCHED IT!!!!! So later that night did I not only had a bigger hole but wet paint all over. They refused to replace the dry wall on the ceiling that was SOAKED with water and soon to be mole infested!! I tried for two weeks to get them to fix it properly and they kept ignoring my phone calls and was always to busy to call me back. Finally I told them I wanted out. I was very allergic to mold and I was not going to get sick because they don't take care of thier apartments! This after I already had issues with place coming in and replacing the water heater and the guys turning my air conditioner down to 42 degrees. They are a shady complex with shady workers!!! I would never recommend living there to anyone!!!
