I agree that the apartments here have gone downhill. Since the new management has come in, the only thing that has changed was the color of the outside. Not to mention, everytime I try to walk down the stairs, someone is at the bottom of them drinking or talking on their phone or smoking and don't move and when they do leave, there are typically beer cans left or cigarette butts left at the bottom of the stairs. I don't care if people do this, but, clean up after yourself. I see this not only in my building, but in the pool area also. The people who are using the pool area are also so inconsiderate. They play their music as loud as they want to. I usually have to turn my tv up to drown it out. Not to mention the yelling and all the kids running around at all times. I also don't understand why my rent has jumped from $600 something to almost $800 in the last 6 months. How ridiculous to pay that much here and go down the street and go to a much nicer complex and get a better deal than this. I am glad my renewal is up soon and look forward to moving out of here.
